The easiest way to join a tour is through your web browser. There's no need to install an app – simply open the link and start listening.

For most tours, this is the fastest and most convenient way to participate.
Android note: Depending on your device and Android version, you may need to adjust your browser's battery optimization settings to ensure the audio stream continues reliably when your screen is turned off.
Listening with the elysium® Listener App
If you're using an Android smartphone, you can also choose the free elysium® Listener App.
Unlike using a browser, no additional battery optimization settings are required. The app has been specifically developed for audio streaming on Android and provides a convenient alternative to listening in your browser.
How to listen to the stream
1. Switch on mobile data or connect WLAN
Make sure that your smartphone has an internet connection - either via mobile data or Wi-Fi.
3. Use PIN and QR code from the guide
Your guide will provide you with a QR code or a PIN. Open the QR code directly in your browser, or launch the elysium® Listener App on your Android smartphone and scan the QR code or enter the PIN to join the audio stream.
2. Connect headphones to smartphone
Connect your headphones to your smartphone, either via Bluetooth or the headphone jack.
4. Turn the stream up
Switch on the stream, adjust the volume and enjoy the tour.
